At Wholesale Discount Sunglasses we do ship to most countries. We realize that you as a customer have many questions before make an international purchase. These are some of our most frequently asked questions and the answers.
1. Question: Do you accept credit card payments for International orders?
Answer: Yes, we do accept credit card payments for most International orders. We use a secured online verification system for all credit card transactions. If for some reason your credit card does not verify with our system we will not be able to accept a credit card payment for your order. However, if there is a problem with the credit card payment, we do accept other forms of payment such as paypal, western union, money gram or bank wire trasfer.
2. Question: Some countries require CE certification for sunglasses. Do your products have CE certification?
Answer: All of our sunglasses are CE certified. This is required for some European countries. Rest assured when you purchase from us that our sunglasses have passed all inspections and have the CE certification.
3. Question: How much is international shipping?
Answer: Shipping rates vary. We base our shipping rates on the size and weight of the package. Our website will calculate shipping costs for most orders. However if the order is over a certain weight and size the shipping costs will be emailed to you once we have your order packaged and ready to ship.
4. Question: How much do Taxes and Duty Fees cost?
Answer: We do not charge the Taxes or Duty Fees. You may be charged these fees once your order arrives in your country. It depends on your country for the fee's. If you want to know the exact costs for Taxes and Duties we suggest contacting a customs broker or your local customs agency. We have no control over Taxes and Duties.
