1 Year Return Policy:
Our customers are extremely important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within one year from your order date (see details below). We will exchange your returned items for other merchandise, credit your account towards future purchases, or refund your credit card, whichever is best for you. The only cost to you is the shipping fees. Below are the conditions for a full refund.
• Within the first 90 days from the date of your order: We will give you a full refund with no questions asked.
• After 90 days from the date of your order: We will give you a one time exchange or credit on your account towards your next purchase.
To Return:
If you wish to return your sunglasses, please send us an email and request a RMA number. Please ensure that you have read the following before emailing us:
• Packages sent back without a RMA number may be refused so be sure you include this information on your package.
• Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
• All sunglasses must be sent back in full dozens (12 pair) per style.
• All original packaging, poly bags, display box and hang tags must be included.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for the package until it arrives in our warehouse. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance and have a tracking number for your package when you ship it back to us.
Canceled Orders:
If you place an order with us and decide to cancel it while it is in route to you, you will be responsible for all shipping fee's. The package will incur shipping fees both ways to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Issuing Credits / Refunds:
Once your return is received it takes approximately one week to process. If you are receiving a refund on your credit card we process these immediately but it may not show up until you receive your next statement.
